Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized gifts

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact@dreamsgifts.in with your order number and reason for the refund.

  2. Attach clear photos showing any damage or defect.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
